Order can be paid with the bank card or online banking

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery throughout Latvia is provided by express service providers Venipak Ltd and Omniva Latvija Ltd.

The product will be delivered to your specified address within 3 working days in Latvia, 5-7 working days in other EU countries.

Delivery throughout the Latvian territory is free for orders over EUR 20. If your order is less than EUR 20, the delivery fee is EUR 5.

Delivery to Estonia and Lithuania is free for orders over EUR 40. If your order is less than EUR 40, the delivery fee is EUR 7.

Delivery to the rest of EU countries is free for orders over EUR 75. If your order is less than EUR 75, the delivery fee is EUR 25.

Delivery to Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan is free for orders over EUR 100. If your order is less than EUR 100, the delivery fee is EUR 35.

Delivery to USA and Canada is free for orders over EUR 150. If your order is less than EUR 150, the delivery fee is EUR 40.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has right to cancel the order (withdrawal).

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt of the order without explaining the cause of the refusal.

The Buyer must complete goods return form and return the item in the original packaging to the Bio2You office at Maskavas iela 322A, Riga.

If the goods returned are damaged or used, the Seller is entitled to demand compensation from the buyer in accordance with applicable law. (Regulations on distance contracts, Part III, Paragraph 19).

Money for returned items will be transferred to the account specified by the Client within 30 days after sending back the order. Delivery charges are not compensated.

The buyer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

goods are opened and used;
goods are improperly stored
packaging is damaged

If the Seller finds out that order before the withdrawal was used, opened, etc., Seller may refuse to reimburse for the order’s payment, as well as in such a situatio

n it does not returns goods to t

he buyer, but disposes it.

The seller is resp

onsible for all defective goods in accordance with Latvian legislation.

Invoice confirms your purchase, and the warranty is valid only if it is preserved.

ts that arose after the transfer of goods to the Buyer, as well as the effects caused by the Order misuse. The buyer is th

e responsible for his knowledge in order to assess a particular cosmetic product.
