Eye Area Serum with Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen and Panthenol

A serum’s job is to deliver active ingredients — in a light, water-based formula without a heavy emollient layer slowing absorption. That is why serums go on before creams: first what works with the skin, then what protects on top. This formula has eleven ingredients — four actives each doing a specific job, and the rest ensuring the formula stays stable and pleasant to use.

Active ingredients

• Sodium Hyaluronate — a low-molecular form of hyaluronic acid that binds moisture in the outer layers of the eye area skin. In serum format — without a greasy layer in the way — hyaluronate reaches the skin more directly and starts working faster. The result is visible: skin looks smoother, more plump, fine lines appear less pronounced.
• Hydrolysed Collagen — gives skin a sense of firmness and smoothness. In a serum, collagen acts as a light film-forming agent — creating a thin layer on the skin that visually evens out the surface before cream goes on top. This is visual smoothing, not a structural change in the skin — and that is exactly what you want from daily eye care.
• Panthenol (Provitamin B5) — soothes and softens skin. In the eye area, which often feels tighter or drier than the rest of the face, panthenol provides the sensation of skin “relaxing” — it stops feeling taut and becomes more comfortable.
• Sea Buckthorn Oil (Hippophae Rhamnoides) — the Bio2You signature ingredient. Rich in omega-7 fatty acids, which are rarely found in plant oils. Gives skin a sense of softness and helps maintain the comfort of the skin barrier. In the serum it is also what gives the formula its subtle, characteristic sea buckthorn tint.

The rest of the formula

• Aloe Extract (Organic) — softens and soothes skin at the moment of application. In a serum context, aloe serves as the immediate comfort base — what you feel in the first second after applying.
• Glycerin — a humectant supplementing hyaluronate’s action. Attracts water molecules and helps skin retain a sense of moisture longer.
• Limonene — a natural aromatic component from the fragrance composition. Gives the serum a subtle, fresh citrus note.

Texture and feel

Light, almost water-light serum that absorbs within seconds. Not sticky, not greasy, leaves no film. The kind of texture where, after applying, you simply feel — skin is softer and smoother than before, but nothing is “sitting” on it. Works beautifully as a first layer before eye cream.

How to use

1. Morning and evening after cleansing and toning.
2. Tap one to two drops with your ring finger around the eye area — under the eyes and along the upper orbital bone.
3. Do not rub — tap gently until the serum absorbs.
4. Wait a minute, then apply eye cream on top.
5. In the morning — wait another minute before applying make-up.
