Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Damaged Parcel or Damaged Product
If the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself is not damaged, this alone shall not be grounds for compensation or refund.
If the delivered product is damaged, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at ecommerce@bio2you.eu and provide:
- the order number;
- a description of the damage;
- photos showing the damage.
If, after review, it is reasonably established that the damage occurred due to our warehouse operations, packaging or the delivery partner, we may at our discretion:
- send a replacement product;
- replace the product with an equivalent one; or
- refund the amount paid.
9. Lost Shipment
If tracking information shows that a shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us at ecommerce@bio2you.eu.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, the customer may choose to:

10. Uncollected Shipment
If the customer fails to collect the parcel from the parcel locker or otherwise fails to cooperate in receiving the shipment within the delivery partner’s specified time, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such case, the customer must contact us to arrange either:
- re-shipment; or
- cancellation of the order in accordance with applicable law.
The customer bears the cost of re-shipment.
11. Cancellation After Dispatch
If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has already been dispatched, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection and distance selling rules.
Where the customer has a statutory right of withdrawal, the allocation of shipping and return costs shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the specific order.
12. Changes to Shipping Terms
We reserve the right to change delivery methods, prices, delivery partners and these Shipping Terms at any time, especially during promotional periods or where delivery partner pricing changes.
Changes will not be applied retroactively to orders already confirmed and paid before such changes were published, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays or inability to perform delivery where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, customs or border delays, armed conflict, cybersecurity incidents or other force majeure events.
