Lip Balm with Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol and Sea Buckthorn Oil

If you already know the Bio2You basic lip balm with six ingredients — this is its older sibling. The same waterless base, the same clean approach with no preservatives or fillers, but with three additional ingredients that turn a simple protective balm into a lip care product.

Why this balm does more

The basic balm protects — forms an occlusive layer and prevents moisture from leaving. This balm protects in the same way, but also works with the lip surface:

• Sodium Hyaluronate — a low-molecular form of hyaluronic acid that can bind moisture in the outer layers of the lips. In a waterless formula, it works by attracting moisture from the surrounding environment and from deeper lip layers, so lips feel plumper and smoother — especially in the first hour after application.
• Panthenol (Provitamin B5) — soothes and softens lips, making them feel more comfortable. Works particularly well on chapped or wind-dried lips — that sensation when lips “take a breath” and stop feeling tight.
• Sea Buckthorn Oil — this time as a full INCI ingredient, not just part of the fragrance composition. Rich in omega-7 fatty acids, which are rarely found in plant oils. Adds a sense of softness and helps maintain the comfort of the lip barrier.

The base formula — the same trusted one

• Shea Butter — first position, highest concentration. Forms a gentle, lasting protective layer.
• Beeswax — the structural element and occlusive barrier. Works alongside shea butter — one softens, the other holds.
• Olive Oil Unsaponifiables — a concentrated extract with squalene and phytosterols. The same premium ingredient that sets the first balm apart from most on the market — here too.
• Tocopherol (Vitamin E) — antioxidant protecting both the formula and the lips.
• Parfum — a light aromatic composition with the Bio2You signature note.

Texture and feel

A slightly richer feel than the basic balm — panthenol and hyaluronate give the formula an extra glide at the moment of application. After a few minutes, though, it settles the same way — as a light, barely perceptible layer. If the basic balm is “simply comfortable” — this one is “comfortable, and something is happening.”

How to use

1. Apply to clean lips — best results when lips are slightly damp (for example, after a sip of water).
2. Reapply as needed throughout the day.
3. As an overnight balm — a thicker layer before sleep. Hyaluronate and panthenol work through the night too, and the difference is noticeable by morning.
4. In winter and windy weather — as first aid for dry lips.
