Dragon Tree Resin — An Amazonian Treasure

Croton Lechleri resin, traditionally called “dragon’s blood” (sangre de drago), is a red resin obtained from the bark of a South American rainforest tree. Amazonian indigenous peoples have used it for centuries for skin protection.

In cosmetics, dragon tree resin forms a thin protective film on the skin surface — similar to cocoa butter but through a different mechanism. This film helps shield hand skin from environmental exposure — wind, cold, water. Hands feel protected and comfortable for longer.

Crambe Abyssinica Phytosterol Esters

Crambe Abyssinica is an Abyssinian kale — a highland plant whose seed oil contains unusually high levels of erucic acid and phytosterols. These phytosterol esters give skin a silky smoothness that differs from ordinary oil “softness” — it is a smoother, finer sensation reminiscent of a silicone-like feel, but entirely plant-derived.

Shea Butter at High Concentration
