Why a Serum Is Needed Beyond Shampoo and Mask

The silk amino acid shampoo and mask deliver smoothness during washing. But some of that smoothness rinses off with the water. The serum is the leave-on layer that:

• Locks in smoothness — silk amino acids stay on the hair and continue to deliver shine
• Protects the hair surface — Polyquaternium-7 forms a thin protective layer against mechanical damage
• Softens without weighing down — almond oil ester works as a light emollient without greasiness

Active Ingredients

• Silk Amino Acids — low-molecular silk protein particles that absorb into the hair fibre, giving it smoothness and shine. In a leave-on formula, they remain on the hair and keep working — unlike a shampoo where contact is only 1–2 minutes.
• Almond Oil Polyglyceryl-4 Esters — not ordinary almond oil but its soluble derivative. Gives hair softness and smoothness without the greasy feel that regular oil leaves behind. Hair feels light and shiny, not heavy and weighed down.
• Nettle Leaf Extract (Urtica Dioica) — a traditional Baltic hair care plant rich in iron, silicon and calcium. In a leave-on formula, nettle’s minerals stay on the hair longer.
• Sea Buckthorn Fruit Extract — antioxidant protection for hair and scalp.

Conditioning

• Polyquaternium-7 — a conditioning polymer that in a leave-on formula creates a lasting protective layer. Reduces static, minimises flyaways and makes combing easier all day.
• Glycerin — a humectant helping hair maintain moisture levels.

Texture and Feel

A lightweight, fluid serum in spray format. When spritzed, it produces a fine mist that settles evenly on hair. No greasy or sticky feel — hair feels light, smooth and shiny. No rinsing needed.

How to Use

1. Spritz onto clean damp or dry hair from 20–30 cm distance.
2. Focus on hair length and ends — do not apply to roots.
3. Comb through or simply let the serum absorb.
4. No rinsing — the serum works all day.
5. Can also be used during the day to refresh hair appearance.
